Pairing EarFun Air Pro 3 with Two Devices (Multipoint Connection)
The EarFun Air Pro 3 supports multipoint Bluetooth pairing, enabling a simultaneous connection to two separate Bluetooth devices, such as a smartphone and a laptop. This allows for seamless audio switching between them.
Step-by-Step Pairing Guide:
- Pairing with the First Device:
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode; the LED indicators on the earbuds will typically flash blue. On your first device (e.g., smartphone), enable Bluetooth, search for "EarFun Air Pro 3" in the list of available devices, and select it to connect.
- Pairing with the Second Device:
Once successfully connected to the first device, ensure the earbuds are placed back into the charging case and keep the case lid open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicators on the earbuds should flash blue rapidly, indicating they have re-entered pairing mode.
On your second device (e.g., laptop or tablet), enable Bluetooth, search for "EarFun Air Pro 3" in the list of available devices, and select it to connect. The earbuds should now be connected to both devices simultaneously.
Managing Audio and Connections:
With multipoint connection active:
- The earbuds will generally play audio from the device that initiates playback. If you are listening to audio on one device and receive a call on the other, the earbuds should automatically switch to the call.
- To manually switch audio playback between the two connected devices, pause the audio on the currently active device and then start playback on the other device.
- If you encounter issues or need to re-initiate pairing mode for any reason, place both earbuds back into the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the case button for about 3 seconds until the earbud LEDs flash blue.
Note: The EarFun Air Pro 3 will remember the paired devices. When you next take them out of the case, they will attempt to reconnect to the last two connected devices if they are within range and have Bluetooth enabled.
